From riverside yoga to high-energy workouts, Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner is encouraging residents to get out and stay active – without stretching the budget.
More than 94,000 people took part in over 8,000 exercise sessions last year as part of the Schrinner Council’s year-round Active and Healthy program.
The program offers hundreds of free and low-cost activities designed to help residents move more, feel better and make the most of the Australia’s lifestyle capital.
With sessions priced from free to just $6, the program makes it easy for people of all ages and fitness levels to get involved – whether you’re looking to boost your fitness, unwind with gentle movement or find a fun activity for the whole family.
