Local residents will soon have access to Brisbane's newest Council library, when the Carindale Library reopens in Westfield Carindale on 29 March.
Cr Schrinner said the new $4 million library was expected to be opened in late March to coincide with the completion of the shopping centre extension.
“The library will be located in a prime location right next to the new town square area,” according to Cr Schrinner.
“Our libraries are a community hub for people of all ages and Council understands the importance of ensuring that library facilities meet the needs of our local community.”
